Back in January 2019 I shipped by bike from Cape Town, South Africa, to Montevideo, Uruguay. I wanted to ride to Ushuaia and see Patagonia. Everything back home is sold. I haven't immigrated, but I don't have much to go back to either. I've taken the leap and home is now the open road.

After waiting for what felt like a lifetime in Montevideo for my bike, I saw most of Uruguay, headed north in Argentina to escape the cold after Buenos Aires, crossed a bit of Paraguay, and I'm now heading south again, currently in Chile after crossing over from SMA.

There are no real plans anymore, just a general direction and a general timeframe.

I'd love to head north and see the remaining South American countries and then, who knows?
