Rental. Large choice of bikes, but...
Bad experience. I rented a 650 Versys Kawasaki for 8 days, in march 2019. Bike in good condition, but rack-luggage doesn't fit to my 20 kg's pack. After 200-300 km, I saw a crack under ... I fix it by welding by a skilled guy (he painted it !) 300 km after, i fell rack is going down. I remove saddle and discover three cracks on rear frame ! (see pictures). Secund welding... I send a Whatsapp message to the owner with pictures. He replies "we will see when you come back..."
Notice cracks are rusted !
At the end, the owner -Irish- said nothing, discussing discount, without apologies and said finally : "If you were bargaining with philippinos, you didn't obtain any discount and have to support damages"(!)
Definitively, avoid this kind of merchant. Rental is very difficult to find in Philippines, don't run towards the first place you see. A big bike is not necessary, roads are in bad condition, often in the Cordilla of Luzon, and plan "shorts" legs, 200 km is a max per day, in my humble opinion.
