On my last trip Lahore to London I got this in 4 days. Some specific medical tests are required rest is pretty much routine. will update this post tomorrow
Should have the Passport back on June 5th.The Passports were submitted today, after the medical test on 29/5. The consulate being closed for Friday through sunday. The man at the consulate promised that the passport will be given back on Thursday 5/6. Looks good for now.
Prbolems.....Visa Validity PeriodGremlins........Just heard from the Iranian consulate that they will only issue a visa with 90 days validity. This will mean the visa will expire before our planned entry date of early October. Trying to seek an interview with the visa consul to resolve this. Fingers crossed.
We have an alternateAs suspected the Consulate in Lahore will not issue a visa with a validity more than 90 days, but reprieve came in the form of advice from the consular staff suggesting that I contact www.Iranianvisa.com. The contact is established and the process is started. I need to send them Euro 82.00 for two visas, normal (7-10 days) processing. Everything else looks good.

The frantic preparation of the last few days and the butterflies of nervous tension are all gone. What if I forgot this, or did not pack that......it's all done, and will be dealt with best as can be when the time comes.
