RIDE TO THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM

We had an exiting trip to Upper Mustang Lo Manthang and here's some details :

——————–

Day I : Well the ride was sexy. We traveled from Ktm to Pokhara and covered approximately 200km. With our longer breaks and faster rides it took like 5 hrs for three of us. The adventure to Lo Manthang has officially begun…

——————–
Day II : With around 60kms of serious off-road, we arrived Jomsom at 6pm…riding approx 160KMs. Though the road looked tough the great dirt bikes made it simpler than we thought…and of course the beautiful views on the way kept us motivating……

——————–
Day III: Passing through the amazing landscapes, river and mountains we made our first stop of the day at the holy place, ‪#‎Muktinath‬ Temple. Spending some time with the God…we then rode through the Kagbeni.. the road was becoming a bit more challenging from there, but hey that’s what the fun is all about… 😉 After a fair bit of punishment to our motorcycles we decided to call it a day at Syangmochen.

——————–
Day IV: After fueling up from our reserve bottles, we rode towards ‪#‎LoManthang‬. The ride offered much more than expected, we passed through beautiful villages Ghami, Tsharang and ahh….all the landscapes were amazing. But there was much more to come….as we reached Lo Manthang…we couldn’t stop uttering ohhhhhhh….wow! Exploring the beauty of the hidden kingdom we came back to Samar for a good night.

——————–
Day V: Heading back from Samar felt like our trip has come to end. Saying good bye to wicked landscapes we headed down hill. Dry mud, rivers, stones and gravels all the way along; we’ll need a new sets of tyres after this all….Our first stop was in ‪#‎Jomsom‬ to visit the Dhumba lake… indeed a nice little lake. We again move down hill along the beautiful villages ‪#‎Marpha‬, ‪#‎Lete‬, ‪#‎Ghasa‬…. we then stopped at ‪#‎Tatopani‬ for a dip in natural hot spring and of course chilled beers 🙂

——————–
Day VI: Our journey has almost come to the end. Once again with the dip in hot spring we cruised towards the Pokhara valley for the end of the journey refreshment. Yeah of course more beers tonight in the shade of mountains, Lakeside. It was definitely one hell of a ride where we enjoyed every single moment. We’ll surely be back with more adventure plans.
