EARLY MORNING STROLL TO PUBLIC LOO

Rang Opollo regarding the fridge - they concluded house battery needed charging from the mains.

Before leaving went on beach & took a dip in the crashing waves and then motored on to Maryborough & then Hervey Bay where we had a hamburger in Hungry Jacks where Dave was of the opinion the clientele didn't come up to his standards.

Sought some information from ferry terminal - re Fraser Island & stayed overnight at Harbour campsite.

Jerry did 137 kms.

Wed 5 April 2017

Left Harbour campsite early & stopped along the front where I took a dip & tried my walking handstands yet again whilst Jerry lay on the rocks like a beach whale.

Stopped on route for elevenses then reached Burnett Heads where we enjoyed a tennis knock-around - Jerry rather surprised himself & had a stroll down to waters edge.

Dave did 150 kms.

Knocked a ball around on the tennis courts before leaving a very well-maintained campsite.

We stopped en-route today by a river where we debated as to whether crocodiles were present.

We then found a little beach at sunset, enjoyed another ice cream & stayed overnight opposite Bar 1770.

Jerry did 174 kms.

SEVENTEEN SEVENTY FIRST THING

Departed Seventeen Seventy early and made our way to Miriam Vale.

After exploring railway station took coffee & cake in cafe and Dave endeavoured to sort new phone Sim Card but alas without success so we adjourned to the library but again with no success. 

Journeyed on to Tannum Sands and took a dip. Spent night at Mt Larcom.

Dave did 186 kms.
