netherlands -> malaysia

Back in 2015 i got the idea to drive a camper van to malaysia. Just a few small problems like the lack of a van a bit of cash etc needed to be solved. So i changed my job for a better paying offshore job. Then the oppertunity to buy a house arose. When i finally had the cash i bought a double cab company van. A mercedes vito W639 from 2005. I got rid of the double cab and used it for the renovation.

It was a full 2 years later before my house was finnished. So early 2017 i finally started converting my company van into a full blown camper van that is able to get me half way around the world. It has taken me until now to get my camper van finnished (Well i found that a campervan is never finnished ;-)) In march i decided to wave goodby to my employment and started working freelance. So i finally have all the freedom i need in place and ran out of excuses to postpone my trip.

All that is left now is chuck my parachutes and my speedwing in the back of the van and hit the road.
