Caye Caulker Belize

Although your bike will have to stay on the mainland, it is well worth the effort to get the Caribbean feel of Caye Caulker. Very simple, sand streets and great food. A short water taxi will get you there and it's less touristy than San Pedro. Snorkle the reef, swim at the split and eat Lion Fish at Roy's!!
