Old Québec City (Vieux Quebec)

Old Québec is the historic area of Québec City and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Most of the buildings date back to 19th Century, but some go back to the 17th and 18th centuries. It is divided into the Upper and Lower areas and both contain many beautiful historic sights and landmarks, old houses, ramparts and a citadel. The surrounding area has many parks and gardens.
