Festival de la Cité

Held every year in July, this free festival is the city’s largest celebration. The Old Town is taken over with performances of song, dance, mime, drama, music, stalls selling beer, and a variety of food. Artists vie with each other to attract passers-by. Performances start at dusk and continue to the early hours of the morning.
