The Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 16th century. Situated on a hill which overlooks the sea, the town is a maze of narrow cobbled streets lined with pastel-coloured houses with enormous wooden doors. Beautiful churches and public squares surrounded by Colonial architecture dating from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
