Järva-Jaani Old Vehicles Refuge

This is a privately managed collection of rare and remarkable old techology and vehicles, including a lot of Soviet cars and trucks, and some specialist vehicles as well. Being essentially an open field, the site is open for visitation at any time during daylight hours, for a donation of a couple of euros. Guided tours by the proprietor available by special request.

The refuge is located in the village of Järva-Jaani, on the Piibe Highway - the slower, rural, and more scenic and interesting way to get from Tartu to Tallinn. If you are traveling between the two cities and are not in a great hurry, this is definitely preferable to the boring modern highway.
