Château de Fontainebleau

Set near to the historic town of Fontainebleau and a scenic forest, this château is one of the most beautiful castles in France and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ornate palace combines Renaissance and French styles, and visitors can see The Emperor’s Throne Room, his private apartments, and the Papal Quarters. The surrounding park and gardens are also on view where Diane’s Fountain and peacocks may be seen.
