This is a rectangular walled village built approximately 400 hundred years ago by the Punti people. Reached through a narrow entrance which has a pair of iron gates. The walls are 5 metres high (originally blue) and 18 inches thick with four towers which helped to defend the village from bandits, other marauding clans, and the occasional wild tiger. It remains home to approximately 400 original descendants. A small temple can be seen and the occupants wear their traditional costume.
