Carmel Market (Tel Aviv)

Shuk Ha’Carmel is Tel Aviv's largest market, located near the city centre within a narrow alley way with stalls on either side. The area from Allenby Street is mainly clothing and shoes, and this leads to the stalls with fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry, bread, pastries, spices, cheese, and flowers. Haggle for a bargain in this heady setting of scents, colours, and vendors shouting out their wares.
