Mr. Aoyagi personally sold and installed my Atlas throttle lock at his Yokohama location.  He lived and worked in the US for several years, speaks English, and is eager to deal with foreigners (not something easily found in Japan!).  If you call, he may be at his Yokohama office but can arrange for what you need.  He has one of the cheapest rates for tire changing, ~¥7000 (~$65 as of 20211123) for a tire depending on your make/model.
