Named in honour of the Masai people, this park is world-famous for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and black rhinoceros. The annual migration of wildebeest from Tanzania’s Serengeti arrive in July and August when hundreds of thousands of animals, including zebras, gazelle, and antelope move to the rich pastures. This is said to be one of the world’s most impressive natural events.
