The Silver Pagoda at Phnom Penh

Situated within the Royal Palace complex is the Silver Pagoda where you can see the life-size golden Buddha. It weighs close to 200 lbs and is encrusted with more than 9,500 diamonds. The history of Khmer art and civilisation is displayed within the Pagoda where many national treasures are stored. You can also visit the grounds of The Royal Palace or the National Museum where many more treasures are stored.
