Kotor and the Bay of Kotor

Kotor and the Bay of Kotor is a great place to visit.  There is a great laid back Adriatic scene.  

The ride aound the bay offers some great views and lovely places to eat and drink.

Hotel Conte

A nice hotel to stay in.  But at 60 Euro a night it was a little on the expensive side when you are on a budget.

The start of the Serpentine Road. Kotor

What an awesome road to ride with approx 25 hairpins and on the way up it affords some awesome views.

The road is also on the way to the Locven National park  

Lovcen National park

Lovcen National Park is a good place to ride through, it affords some good views and a peaceful place to stop off and have a picnic 

Budva Bikers Bar

Great Food, Great astmosphere and friendly.  

Budva Old Town

Budva Old town is a nice place to visit.  It is right on the coast.  There are a few cafe bars and restaurants to sit, relax and enjoy the nice chilled out atmosphere.

Ostrog Monastery

Ostrog Monastery is a wonderful place to visit.  The Monastery is built into the side of a mountain and offers some great views.

Durmitor National Park

A great UNESCO World Heritage Site to visit.  This breathtaking national park was formed by glaciers and is traversed by rivers and underground streams.

Pulzine Campsite

Camp site was ok, not a lot for me to do, maybe due to the time of year I was there (early Nov). There was not even anyone to pay.

StaroBarska Čarsija, Stari Bar, Montenegro

Stari Bar was just a place on route so I did not have time to explore it but I wished I had.  

The Start of Piva Canyon

Piva Canyon is a must ride if you are in the area, great scenery, views and a good road.  

There is a little cafe just before the Border with Bosnia on the Montenegro side.
