Said to occur annually, this folk festival takes place in July or August as a celebration of the region's music. Music is played on the traditional mbila, which is a large handmade xylophone and is played by a group of people. Other instruments played are whistles, rattles, animal horns, panpipes, and a flute made from the shell of a bush orange.
