At an altitude of 2,500 metres and 100 percent humidity, this large rain forest hosts a diversity of flora and fauna. The oak trees can grow as tall as 30 metres and pumas, toucans and spider monkeys can be seen. Lush vegetation of ferns, ground-covering moss and mushrooms abound. The forest canopy is a breathtaking sight as the sun sets.
