Finally, this is my new blog!
Thanks to the setup done by Grant from Horizons Unlimited, I will be able to keep my friends in the know of what on Earth is going on with me. And literally where on Earth I happen to be, which can be anywhere from Caceres to the Far East.My first disclaimer is about motorcycle content in this blog. Please do not expect these lines to be full of technical details or bike pictures.... I consider myself more a traveller than a two-wheel buff. For this trip, I swapped my 80 liter backpack for a 1.2 liter two-cylinder boxer engine. The buffs out there probably already know that I am riding a BMW R1200GS, the adventure model to be precise. For those friends of mine who do not give a shit about bikes, especially most of the girls, it is a huge red thing with two wheels.

My second disclaimer is about sunrises. Please do not expect sunrise pictures on my blog because I am a night owl and usually get up a couple of hours before noon. I love sunsets so let's just be fine with them... If you are wondering how my travelling soul can be guided by sunrise without ever seeing one, I have been told that they are always on the opposite direction of sunsets. This has been scientifically proved and it is more poetic to say 'Destination Sunrise' than 'Origin Sunset'. I hope this is agreeable because I do not intend to give up any nocturnal fun activities to take pictures for my blog. Thanks for your understanding.
