Its here !!, all the months of planning (and in these last few days all the packing) have finally come to an end and we're off. At 7pm tonight (1st May) me and our kid will board the Hull to Rotterdam ferry. I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried about the journey ahead because I am. Its also a time of excitement though and wondering just what might happen and the sights and sounds of all the countries we will visit. Leaving friends and family is never easy, especially when they know you are doing trips like this and the possible dangers we might face as we travel across the globe. Our Paul is probably more worried about the trip than I am. I hope we keep pulling together while we are on this trip so it doesn't turn into " its your trip, you sort it" rubbish. I hope we can update the page everyday but this will only be possible if we get access to a computer. Paul can update it next time so you get a different perspective on how things are going and how he's feeling.
