I stayed with the Haws for a few days and then head south for the Pacific Coast Highway.I decided to skip school and try again to find the Haws meeting place.

It was the last day and by the time I settled in everyone had left. :(

I had a fun time hanging out though and was a little sad to leave. If you are ever near Oregon drop them a line because they love to have moto-visitors.

Then it was on to Crator Lake National Park.



From Crator Lake I headed for the Pacific Coast where I was dominated by the trees along the Avenue of Giants.



It didn't take long to get stuck in Californian traffic.

I continued down the coast to San Francisco where I was going to stay with a friend I met at a Horizons Unlimited meeting in Creel Mexico two years prior.

We set up worked hard every night :)

But all good things must end and I was soon back on the road.
