21st MAY,OH NO, BIKE TROUBLES AGAIN

tODAY , pRAUGE cZ TO bAMBURG dENMARK, 412KLS.
The weather today is overcast and clearing. Its the 1st day with out the drysuit since leaving maxine on the 10th May. It has been interesting to see Eastern Europe agriculture. land has been Nationalised into large collectives. All the people were moved into towns and villages to provide labour for industry. Agriculture has had little importance hence has been very inefficent. The team rode through vast areas of potentially high yielding land. Its very easy to see why Western Europeans and others have been coming out here to farm. While its definitly not easy to get control of land. Once achieved it is ready made large scale agriculture. Just back in Germany this afternoon and the clutch cable on Henk and Pias bike decided to break! Henk carefully negotiated his way to the next village. They found a B.M.W dealer 15klms away who stayed open for them. They picked up the cable went back to the bike , fitted it and back on the road again all in under 1hr. Great going guys.
