Update
This one is for you, Stuart. We met a group of Italians, Austrians, and Swiss heading back home on the ferry from Barcelona, Spain.
We arrived in Barcelona, Spain to ride a ferry to Genoa, Italy. The following conversation takes place at the ferry counter with a young lady.
JOE: I would like to pick my tickets up for the 15th to Genoa, Italy.
CLERK: Can I see your confirmation.
JOE: Here it is.
CLERK: You missed the boat.
JOE: No it leaves at 1:00 pm and it is only 11:00 am.
CLERK: But, sir, it is for the 15th of June and this is the 15th of July.
JOE: So, what can I do. I am just an idiot.
CLERK: You are right. That will be another 300 euros.
JOE: OK.
Adios, Barcelona.
Hello, Genoa.
We arrived in Genoa and took a short ride to Lake Garda. After 1, 2 or 3 beers, I began to feel better. Lake Garda was a great stay.
We headed out to Innsbruck, Austria. It was a beautiful ride through the mountains despite the rain.
Tomorrow, we head to Munich (July, yes July, 19th).
