Update

It has been an amazing and memorable journey. No, there are no issues of any kind. After 8 countries, 8000 miles, 16 borders, rain storms, heat, cold mountain passes, tough driving conditions, and wielding a 1200 pound loaded motorcycle, it's time to come home and rest. We want to have as much enjoyment going through South America as we did in Mexico and Central America. Therefore, we will finish South America a different time This activity requires 100% attention at all times under all types of unforgiving conditions. Zuki has enough battle scares.
We have landed in Miami. Getting the bike through customs in Bogota took 6 hours. They were very suspicious of a person who flies a bike into Colombia and then 10 days later flies it to the US. Went through a thorough search of the bike. Colombia has all kinds of narcotic officers including dogs. They are very thorough.
Carlos wanted to ride with me to the search. He was our helper while in Bogota.

The flight home only cost $319 per person on LAN. Delta wanted $1400 per person. The flight was 3 hours and 10 minutes.
We should be home by December 20th. We are running up the Gulf Coast of Florida. We left Miami on US 41. US 41 took us through Big Cypress National Park.
The wild life was abundant.
