Cheap runaround
Country
Its been great being back in the UK, especially seeing Mum, caught up with a few friends since I've been back but not enough of them yet, and having no wheels is not making it any easier to get to see people. Also I still don't know when I will get my bike back. The freight company have told me it is due to dock at the UK port on the 6th September but they will not start clearing through customs until the 16th. With that in mind I decided to pick up a cheap run around that I can use until I head off for Europe. which I am hoping to get going by early October. I was hoping to see my brother today but my friends van broke down twice picking the bike up from Stevenage. Well I say twice the first time the thing would not start as the state motor had packed up so we got the AA out to tow start the van, but then he stalled it on Kew Bridge (that upset a few people lol) by the time we got back my brother had had to leave for the footy. Still at least now I have wheels so can go and visit them.[PHOTO_ID_L=yamaha-bt-1100-bulldog.jpg]

After hours of indecision and study of the weather patterns of Europe I decided by the time my bike returns it would be the wrong time to head off in that direction, so I have booked flights to New Zealand in October, I have also been in contact with a few bike dealers who say there is no problem with a UK citizen buying and riding a bike over there so that's the plan. Get there buy a bike and then once I'm ready to come back sell it. I am also really looking forward to catching up with an old friend from years ago, who emigrated to New Zealand some 30 or so years ago.
