Friday 26th June
Had a good ride today feeling much better. It was a tad on the hot side and the roads are very straight with nothing for miles. We stopped off in Billings and found a place with a pool. I have given up on the visa extension and have the Flights and Freight all booked now. We will be back home in August. Can't believe we have been here 5 months.

Saturday 27th June
Forecast is hot today very hot 101F. Thankfully it did not reach the forecasted temperature as the roads were straight and boring the scenery is beautiful but it all gets to look the same after hundreds of miles of it. And there is rarely anywhere to stop between towns except for the side of the road. We found a place in Gillette with an outdoor pool and also a band playing to night so cooled down in the pool before going for a beer. The band was pretty good and the place was really starting to liven up by about 11. The beer was good draught Belgium beer. We were hoping to get up early as the forecast is very hot again so we were not up to late.

Sunday 28th June
Not quite as hot today but still hotter than I would prefer. We had a good ride to the Devils Tower and then on to Mount Rushmore, a few twisty mountain roads to break the monotony of the straight roads, from there we headed to Sturgis in South Dakota where I got stopped for speeding but got let off with a warning. And I have managed to loose are USA phone.
