PART I: Loading the bike

We follow Mr Lim to the ferry that takes us back to the mainland, to the port of Butterworth. Here, he arranges everything for us, so convenient. While the boat is being unloaded, we wait at the cafeteria. Mr Lim already told us this could take a few hours, so we took our laptop to watch a movie in the meanwhile. After four hours Mr Lim comes to pick us up, but when we arrive at the boat it turns out the crane is not working anymore. It takes two hours for the mechanic to fix the crane and then it’s time to put Mickey on the boat... with a frightened heart, we watch our bike airborne and being put on the boat.

PART II: Retrieve the bike in the port of Belawan

At 10am we have an appointment at the office of Mr Ayan in Belawan. To get there, we rented a scooter from the owner of our hotel. Arrived at the office, the man is not there. We end up waiting two hours before he arrives. He transports Kevin on his scooter and asks Kitty to wait at the office. Mr Ayan and Kevin have a total of seven offices to go to where Kevin waits outside while Mr Ayan arranges everything. Two hours later, when all this is over, they go to the port where Mickey is waiting in a large hangar. Kevin checks if everything is okay and he notices that the windshield is loose, but that’s easy to fix. After three hours, Kevin returns to the office to pick her up.
