Woke up early this morning and headed back to Rorainopolis for the night. Hoping to cross into Guyana tomorrow and then head for Georgetown on Saturday. It was a great ride today, not to hot and it rained just a little when I was leaving Manaus. I did miscalculate on fuel. I didn't fill up in Manaus and thought I had enough to get to the next village. I stopped at a police station 26 miles from the last fuel stop and asked. I was told the next fuel station was 50 miles up the road. I had about 40 miles of fuel in the tank. I went back.
