Got a good nights rest and took my time getting on the trail. The plan was to ride to Luderitz and stay a day or two if I liked it, mostly hoping to find wifi and wash some cloths.
This guy seemed to keep a close eye on whatever was gong on, which wasn't much.

Just east of Aus there's a group of feral horses, I saw around ten, they're even marked on the tourist maps. They stay in a small area between the road and the RR tracks where there's some vegetation, sparse but some. The surrounding area is nothing but sand and rock. I don't know what they do for water.
