June 24, 2015:
Been held up in Maun for a week now, it's a great place to get held up though. A couple days after arriving I chipped a front tooth, no big deal however I wanted to get it fixed before moving on. It took a couple days to see a dentist but the delay worked out great. I met a couple safari guides, Clinton and Brend, where I'm camping and they invited me on a two day trip, June 22-23, into the Chobe NP to check on a new road being cut through the park. Another local guy I met, Steph was going along as well and I rode with him.
Today is, try to catch up on the blog and laundry day.

Clinton and Brend wanted to inspect the pans along the way for water level and animal activity. The animals were quite shy as most of their encounters with humans now are park officials or poachers.
