Picked up the bike yesterday afternoon from Ruta 40 BMW, service all complete! Woke up early this morning and headed out for Barrancabermeja. The ride from Barbosa to Puerto Berrio was a great ride the through mountains and small villages. The area has lots of water and cattle ranching seems to the regions mainstay. In one of the rivers I saw two small dredge barges mining for gold.
After a week hanging out in the city it felt good to be riding again! Didn't stop much for photos.
Just a word about Ruta 40, if you're passing through, this is the place to get it done, great service and staff.
