June 20, 2016:
The days plan, cross into Romania and ride to the town of Curtea de Arges, located south of the famous Transfagarasan Highway Pass.

The Serbian female agent wasn't very friendly, no hello smile and no, ride safe when I departed. Checking into Romania was completely different, I hung out for almost an hour visiting with the agents.
Didn't get far into Romania before I was stopped for speeding, 71 kph in a 50 kph. Soon after being sotpped a fellow rider, Derek, rode up and offered translation assistance as well as getting me through the payment. No warnings here. The whole process took about two hours time.
